Suggest checking out the amazing artists at Gilded Cage Tattoo in Brighton, they have a good rep. If you did consider coming up to London though I would highly recommend my chap, Nick Horn at Good Times Shoreditch. Great guy, nice shop and does really clean lines and detail.
