Samuel, I can send you some of Dr Howard Sichel's research he is one of the top Chiropractors in New York and also the President of Power Pilates ... as a chiropractor he himself does not recommend continued use of it. He very much believes in teaching the clients to strengthen their core.

Gabrielle, Do not curse the time we created. Living is being in school. That was why we were created. There is much knowledge and I have never been one to read. But for the past 58 years I have read and continue to read as many inspirational books that have given me so much and made my life simplerat peace, and a wonderfl loss of fear, worr, guilt, etc. allowing me tosee things in such a wonderful way of looking at everything. There is no other way to learning that reading, listening and searching for what seems right for you. I guarentee it will change your life forever as you learn. Reading shuts out the outside chaos as you sit in silence and concentrate on the ords written and you are surrounded by the Universal Love. thereare great books to begin with. Journey Without Distance....The Disappearing Universe....This does not relate to the Outside Universe, but the Universe within. Journey to Enlightenment is another great one.
