There is nothing worse, then going through hell of depression. You wake up each day, not knowing if you will make it 'till night, or you will simply give in, and end it all yourself. The drugs sometimes help, and sometimes make it worse. Felt like I had no control whatsoever over my own life. But with some help from my family, the people who truly love me, I managed to get myself out of that hell-hole. It took me a while, but I managed to teach myself how to push trough the day, and keep on fighting. In the end, it all comes down to helping yourself get up and fight, because without that no one can truly help you, no matter how much they would want to. To conclude, help yourself, so you could go out into the world, and start truly living, and that will be a cure on it's own. http://lookingupstuff.com/mentalhealth/2015/02/06/how-to-destroy-depression/
Molly W. replied:
I genuinely wish you well. I never had any luck with medication, just nasty side effects which were treated with more pills. In the end, I was advised by my GP to come off them and try natural treatments which ended up going really well for me. That's why I tell anyone suffering from depression and anxiety, to check out the http://destroydepression.com/bonus.php system. Written by a former depression sufferer, it teaches 7 steps which help to relieve depression from your life.

Battaglia, Hall, Wick and Crump are all at the same practice. We love it there. I worked there for a bit years ago. We have been patients with Dr. B for many years but have seen all of them. They are not naturopathic, but very good, well rounded medicine. Good luck! Oh, and Dr. B is a Christian. Not sure about the others there but they are all nice.

Ugh....does anyone know of a really good orthopedic dr.....A back doctor? I'll have to go to my primary physician first and get a referral for insurance purposes....
Linda H. replied:
No Dr Verska Marta! I'll tell you in person about him. I had surgery performed by him, not a good experience. Dr. King is a good orthopedic &. Dr. Zimmerman is the best Neurological Doctor if you end up needing to see one.

Dr Verska. Several relatives and friends speak very highly of him. Excellent back surgeon

have you ever tried Acupuncture? Dr. Soo Lee...he is on Phillippi & Overland I think! Amazing! I had a horrible injury and could not even drive. On floor for a month! Acupuncture got me up and driving in 6 weeks! I swear by it!

I hate to see you opt for surgery before you try acupuncture. Chiropractors were not able to help me during that month on the floor and at 28 yrs old I did not want surgery...I went to Dr. Lee as a last resort but...(please forgive my profiling) but when I opted to try this, it had to be by an oriental because they were who I believed invented it way back...
