Sage and Matt opened their own practice it's called Snake River pediatrics and she wants pediatricians and Matt is very sought after around here

Dr Butuk was very open minded Giving us an unbiased view at both sides & leaving the decision up to us without any judgments. (just as he does with vaccines)

Dr. Ashley Davis, Davis family Medicine was supportive of that particular decision that we made.

Dr Lisa Barker treasure valley Peds, was supportive. Only problem I had to ask her not to retract, she should have known that.

2 nd for Dr Butuk, he is awesome

Dr. Lee with treasure valley peds doesn't care at all about circs. Keep in mind any treasure valley peds doc is very hard to get into unless mother is pregnant. A lot aren't accepting new patients at all. And they might be fine with circs but we do get a struggle with vaccines. They respect our schedule but we get a lecture all the time. I always recommend Dr. Butuk for natural patents even tho he wasn't a good fit for us

Sometimes produce isn't so great, hit and miss. Fred Meyer is always great if you can hit a sale on produce, kinda spendy if not. I personally like trader Joe's but too far away. Welcome to our city. Loved our pediatrician at Treasure Valley Pediatric in Meridian. Her name was Lisa Barker. She just started practicing about 5 years ago which is why we went with her - its gonna be a long time before she retires!

We go to Scott Schwendiman at St Alphonsus Medical Group down on Emerald, kind of by St Als. It's a bit of a drive but he is so good. He takes time to answer all questions and really take care of the patient. There have been a few times that he has called me after five to answer questions. He's about my age and I am pretty sure he will be here for a while. We've gone there nine years and the kids really like him, too.

I love my doctor, called to check on the kids after hours with test results and to see house he or she was doing. I also love his nurse, Amanda, they are awesome... Both are in their mid to late 30's. His name is Dr. Eric Roy at treasure valley pediatrics.

Mine is at Meridian Pediatrics, Van Steenbergen. I love that office.

Hey, Kaylene, if I remember right you guys saw Dr Lewer when I worked there. We also saw him and he did go above and beyond. If Dr Shappard is still there I would recommend him. His patients love him and he really seems to care about each one. I wouldn't be surprised though if he isn't taking on anymore new patients. I used to work at all of the St Al's clinics and I would also agree with your friend that recommended Dr Schwindemen at the Emerald clinic. I didn't get a chance to work at the pediatric clinic much but I hear they are great there. Good luck!

I go to st Luke's family medicine on ten mile because I love Kathy Hite- she is a nurse Practitioner. Dr Kroft is also at that office and Cody and Keaton go see him.

I live St Al's Pediatrics! 367-4321. Dr. Kiehl, Dr. Tubach, and Dr. Antik are my faves!

I really like Dr Baker, he was great with my preemie and caught things they missed in the NICU. Dr Antik(sp?) is also pretty fabulous, I've seen her a few times and really, really liked her.

Dr. Zieba Meridian Pediactrics, she is presently taking care of our Preemie Twins, we love her AND the staff. My girls are doing outstanding, from 1.9 pounds to 16 pounds.

Holy cow! That went by so fast! I love Dr. Julian at St. Al's Pediatrics. She rocks!

I don't have kiddos, but I have (in my past as a banker) worked with and heard wonderful things about Dr. Ally (that's her first name) and Dr. Zieba at Meridian Pediatrics on Locust Grove just north of Ustick.

If you're looking for a ped with Luke's privileges, I've heard great things about all of the docs at Meridian Peds. My friend is a nurse there and she speaks highly of all of them.

Dr. Booth with Luke's or Dr. Tubach with Al's...both are great.

I have to second Kami's Dr. Joyce recommendation. He really takes him time to answer all your questions. But we also saw Dr. Julian while we were in the hospital, and we liked her a lot.

Dr. Peterman at Primary Health Pediatrics is amazing. He has kind of an odd bedside manner but he's great. He was my pediatrician, though, so he's obviously a bit older. If I was picking a pediatrician now, I would go with Dr. Smith at the same practice. He has privileges at Luke's downtown, if that matters.

Kami Williams-Engstrom he is going to be on Donny's insurance so we can have him go anywhere!

I would choose Dr Joyce then! I work for him prn, and he is so good. His office is in Meridian Luke's. He has had some amazing good catches with Ali and has thoroughly impressed me!

The one that shares call with him is Dr Jambura and he's really good too. He was the one that was on call when we had to put Kinsley in the NICU.

Dr Julian with SAMG peds. We LOVE her and she totally listened to us when we knew something was up with Eliza. She helped us instead of writing us off as newbies.

I agree with Juli! Dr. Overy is Arianna's pediatrician and she's amazing! She personally called me back on Christmas when we had questions about Arianna.

We go to primary health pediatrics on emerald near st als. We LOVE them. We see Dr Angela Beauchaine. But all of the doctors, including Dr Overy, are fantastic.

We've liked Mindy Gaddis at Treasure Valley, but she's in Eagle now. Not sure about accepting new patients.Good luck with the search!

We love Dr. Godfrey at Treasure Valley Pediatrics in Eagle, but I'm not sure if he's taking new patients. I also really like Dr. Gaddis at that location. We've also been impressed with Dr. Hanks and Dr. Ostermiller at the Meridian location. Treasure Valley Pediatrics is nice because you can always get in to see a doctor, even if it's not your doctor. And they have some evening and weekend hours downtown for urgent visits. Good luck!

Dr. Gee is in Boise, but he is great!!! I drive all the way there for him. I've also heard great thing about Dr. Butuk who is in Meridian.

Everyone told me Treasure Valley Pediatrics was the place to go but they were full and a primary doctor is typically cheaper so Heaton goes to Dr. Gee too he's great!!

Thanks everyone! It looks like we're going with TV Pediatrics. Now we just need to decide which doctor. After looking at the doctors there we wanted Dr Barker but she's not taking new patients until August. But it sounds like we're in good hands no matter which doctor we pick. Thanks again for everyone's input!

Dr Lindsey at Ada pediatrics almost killed Mason when he was 8 weeks old. We do not recommend him

Dr. Vaun Archibald. He is at Saint Alphonsus. We have followed him there from another clinic. It is very easy to get in the day of if your child is sick. He is also excellent when giving advice about anything child related. My kids are both very comfortable with him. It is also nice to have a pediatrician at a hospital because if there is ever something serious that needs to be dealt with or he needs advice from a specific type of doctor they are right there to offer it.

I take Lexi to Ann Overy at Primary Health Pediatrics on Emerald and I really like her. All my sisters kids go to her too and they love her.

John Jambura at inter mountain pediatrics. He is my kids doctor plus he was my premature cousins doctor. Is great with all kinds of kids. With or with out disabilities! He is usually the on call doctor at St. Lukes meridian. He has been in the business a long time

We have used Angela Beauchaine, M.D. » Primary Health for the past 4 years and a friend of mine has used here for the past 13. She is great. Easy to talk to great with kids. Helped me alot with first time parent tips, and tricks. She is fantastic. Meliah always likes to see her when we go. staff is, great.

Dr Lindsey was great with my first son, now 21, and we never had any issues. When Masey, 16, was born I worked from home and nursed him. He developed a cold and as it got worse I took him in 3 times in 7 days and kept getting sent home. Dr Bob patted me on the back said to keep doing what I was and he would be fine. I took him home and later that day he vomited and it was mucus and breast milk. I started crying so husband put us in the car and we dropped our other 2 kids off at my mother in laws. When we got to the office they looked him over said he just had a cold but if it would make me feel better we could take him to St Lukes and have him admitted for observation. We drove straight there, got him admitted and within 30 minutes Masey was in full arrest, in the NICU and hooked up to everything you can imagine. The Dr told us that if we would have stopped to get a soda Masey would have died in my arms. After that I trusted my mommy instincts every single time wether I looked like a crazed mother or not. I am so so glad that your kids have flourished under his care, I truly am. I, however, would not take my children of grandchildren to him.

OMG! That is so horrible, i am sorry you had to go through that. I am no stranger to the fear of losing a child. I wouldn't wish that on even my worst enemy. I now have five children. I have had many situations that have tested my mommy instincts. Should I take them to Dr Bob or take them to be admitted! I usually just take them to be admitted. If I have to question it than its never good so I just take them to st lukes. I am so happy that your little man had the chance to become not so little anymore! Oh how the time flys huh? And even though I have always had good experiences....This mother is now going to always remember the story of an 8 week old little boy named Mason.

I love Dr. Khristine Miller with St. Lukes Pediatrics (Treasure Valley Pediatrics). She's been Tanners doc since the day he was born and he LOVES her!!!! She's my favorite!

Treasure Valley Pediatrics I loved, the kids saw Dr. Gaddis. Due to insurance coverage we switched to Meridian Pediatrics and the kids saw Dr. Steenbergen, she's great too.
