Highly recommend Ray G Bolinger (Idaho Best Heating and Cooling). If you are still looking, DM me and I can give you his cell number. He totally repaired our whole house system. We then had him install a separate system just to take care of up satairs.

Jackie Peterson Thacker....not a furnace expert at all, but I know sometimes the filters just get dirty and need to cleaned. It restricts air flow when they get all dusty (or something to that effect). You could probably You Tube how to do it. It is how I fixed our washer and dryer.
