Pretty sure they will bill your insurance but even then some insurance companies won't pay. Dr Vance is a MD.

Dr. Gail Eberharter at http://www.funmedidaho.com/ is an MD and Naturopath, but they have a waiting list 50+ people long at the moment. They take Blue Cross and Regence Blue Shield (but not Blue Cross Connect), and they do bill insurance even if out-of-network. It took me 4 months to get an appointment, but as of August she is now my doctor, and she and her nurse and nutritionists are fantastic.
