Renee McMahan Ashley try contacting The Vault in Tacoma. We just had them cater our grand opening for the firm. We had appetizers for 75 ppl they supplied the tables, linens, two bartenders, plates etc... and they were very reasonable. The food was gre at and there was A LOT of food for the price. They boxed up all the left over food & put it all away for us in the fridge/kitchen too. We supplied all the alcohol & they charged flat fee of $150 for two bartenders for 4 hours. Much cheaper than what the bar-tending academy was asking. Their menu is posted online but they can accommodate whatever. We had some changes we wanted to accommodate some guests and it was no problem and didn't cost anything extra. Average cost for the appetizer like the beef kabobs was about $2-3 per person.

Kim Kim Bush we looked into them but their buffet prices are higher than we would like. Our budget is tight for food. We won't be doing a bar either.

Holiday Inn Express in Sumner and Branks BBQ. They were both exceptional to work with. Had a party for approximately 100. Banquet room was great. Rooms for overnight guests. Branks across street with great food. Great staff to work with both the hotel and restaurant.
