David Brookes ... headed there 15-20 March...doing pegasus bay, greystone & waipara west in waipara... and then seifried, neudorf, clos henri, oyester bay, cloudy bay, fromm, herzog, dog point up marlborough way... and btw I am partly from invercargill.... ;-)

In Waipara I'd add in Bell Hill & Pyramid Valley near Waikari and Mudhouse & Mountford in Waipara. And in Marlborough/Nelson - Saint Clair, Te Whare Ra, Seresin, Nuedorf, Lawsons, Eradus and Greywacke

I went last year to Akarua, Rippon and Felton Road, great wines. And for a good breakfast or lunch, Federal Diner in Wanaka.

There is a new place in Queenstown called The Sherwood also where a friend of mine did the wine-list ..... just opened this week but, judging from Stephen's past restaurants, it should be excellent
