Can anyone recommend a massage therapist or chiropractic office? Preferably deep tissue or bodywork-type of therapy and not the swish-swish-glide-glide relaxation type?
Deb W. replied:
I agree with Samantha Pfeiffer, NOBODY does deep tissue like Brittany at Bothell Chiropractic. I was adjusted by Dr. Linea. All there are top rate.

Meadow's Family Chiropractic *I tried two others before them. MFC healed my back. A bulging disc and a disc extrusion. They saved my life. I trust their opinion above all. They offer massage therapy as well. Perhaps they offer the therapy you're looking for.

Can anyone recommend a good place to get a massage?
Naomi E. replied:
If you like to get knots worked out, Joy Spa in Kirkland on 100 th (near Safeway). $25/30 for 30 minute intense back massage -- no swishy-swishy relaxation stuff that's soothing but not therapeutic.

Harmony Massage (Bothell, on Main street) - most of their therapists take insurance, if your insurance covers massage.
