Jeremy Shea with FHG Max Millen with M Squared Steven Shane Cavallini with Cavallini Construction Lots of good builders in town but it depends a lot on the size and scope and what you are looking to have done. Best recommendation is to meet with a few and find a good fit for your needs and personality. If you have someone build your home, you will spend a lot of time communicating with them through the process so it's important that you get along and your communication styles match.

We recently worked with Trever Pierson with Black Mountain Architects. We were happy with the plans he drew us and really enjoyed going through the process with him. We worked under a flat fee retainer (which I'd consider affordable for the area) and went through around 4-5 rounds of revisions.
