Best recommendation is to meet with a few and find a good fit for your needs and personality. If you have someone build your home, you will spend a lot of time communicating with them through the process so it's important that you get along and your communication styles match.

Lance & Meredith Kresge of Kresge Construction, built our house this last winter...we love it. They helped us super stretch our budget, Meredith was the selling agent where we didn't have to deal with losing money on a commission. It was a super smooth process and surprisingly non-stressful. We went to them because we had 2 friends build with them and they had the same experience as us. Awesome people.
