we used Kaufmann's Overhead Door and Awning when ours broke and they were great! Came out and looked and gave us an estimate for free and were prompt and reasonably priced when fixing it! 586-9636

Surprisingly this is busy season for garage doors. The change in air pressure and severe cold isn't friendly to them. Try calling a company or two to feel them out. Bridger, Kaufmanns, and Door Tech all have unique strengths. I'm a little bias and like Bridger the best ;) 763-3667. They can definitely help you diagnosis it over the phone.
