Hi everyone! I live outside of Helena, MT and I am hoping to attend and participate in a horsemanship riding clinic with my "new to me" 10 year old AQHA mare. I want to...

Becky where outside of Helena do you live? There is a great horsemanship clinic in Belgrade at the cottonwood arena in June with Lisa Johnson. I will PM you a copy of the flyer.
Kimberly J. replied:
Becky. Check out thecalifornios.com for their clinics. I know they have at least 2 more in MT this summer. I also second Mary Kaye's suggestion if Campbells have another 1. My cousins recommend them down in Texas!
Mary K. replied:
Kim Anderson. You can find a flyer on the Campbell Horses FB page.
Becky H. replied:
Mary Kaye I have written Jolene Cambell. This year they have one Fundamentals and one Advanced. She told me that she may have another fundamentals one scheduled later on. I just wrote her tonight too. She suggested the advanced clinic, however, I am still learning to communicate with my new horse and I am not sure she and I would be ready for advanced quite yet! Haha! Thank you! I will keep in touch with her.
Becky H. replied:
Kimberly Jones I will look up the californios.com--Thanks!
Becky H. replied:
the californios.com looks like they offer cow working and ranch clinics. I am just really hoping to find horsemanship type clinics. I would love Buck Brannahan clinic..but his are all full in MT and very expensive. Rightly so, I guess...I trail ride now, I would love to do competitive trail rides, but they are really hard to find in Montana. I want hte opportunity to learn to communicate with my new mare. Thanks everyone -- keep the suggestions coming!
Mary K. replied:
I highly recommend Campbell Horses in Livingston. Clinic on May 11 th & 12 th. Reasonably priced.
I got my kitty fixed last year around this time. He isn't a shelter pet and he got in right away. Contact Kim, 4066003817, she runs one and comes to Bozeman often.

I know Montana Fish & Wildlife has a program. They have a weekend clinic at the end of this month, but it's in Kalispell. Here's the link: http://fwp.mt.gov/education/bow/
Are there any veterinary clinics in or near Bozeman hiring? I am an experienced veterinary technician looking for work. Have checked Craigslist and didn't see any ads...
Nancy X. replied:
Maybe Gallatin Veterinary Hospital.
Jen P. replied:
Call out to Ark Veterinary in Belgrade....I think I saw ads not that long ago that she was hiring and paying nicely.
