Hum...they say on their website that they are a "registered RCMP Third Party Agency" but they are not listed as such on the RCMP's website. I'll contact the RCMP to confirm. What is their cost?

The Ontario College of Teacher's website says people applying from out of country should contact the RCMP so just need to verify from everyone that it's ok. I've sent him an email. Touching base by phone with the time difference is a pain! ;)

Liane Gibbs from what I understand of my friend who owns and lives there (she is a corp), that's where a corporation makes it less of a headache. You name them as an officer of the corp and it automatically goes to them...or, as someone else said....just put it in their name now. My kids want to live in CR, but not everybody's will want to.
