I definitely highly recommend David Zimmerman as well. He worked on our AC after I refused the folks that our home warranty company were sending. They just never seem to fix the problem. I was happy to pay the difference that our warranty folks will not pay. I called David and he fixed it all for@$1,400! i have to add i did tell him what the other quote was, and he could have inflated his cost, but he did not because he is extremely ethical in every sense of the word. Call Dan Taiclet at Hawkins Air I had three other AC repair guys come over. The cheapest was $4500 to replace the whole system. Dan told me all I needed was a new air handler which he found out was still under warranty and save me a lot of money. I only spent $375. Honesty pays off. The company that replaced the air hander originally did not even want to warrantee the device

If you join Reds Club with MJ you get priority service...you go to the top of the list ahead of non-customers...Their Preventitive Maint is so good you probably will not have any worries depending on the age of your AC

With all the Lightning we get around here you should consider a lightning arrestor on your meter or Zap Cap from TECO..I believe Mike (Fishhawk resident) w Tampa Bay Lights can install..No lightning issues in 13 years since I got one..
