I worked doing cell phone and tablet repair a few years ago and can recommend PCG (Performance Computer Group) on Dale Mabry as relaible and knowledgeable. We sent computers that were out of our scope to them (or contracted the work to them), and they reciprocated with cell phones and tablets. You should know that the insurance company *might* call said 3rd-party and ask questions about the diagnostic, even if the 3rd-party provides a written diagnostic. I had a insurance adjuster call about a customer's diagnostic. Although I wasn't the tech that did the diagnostic, I was able to provide all the answers to the questions and even photos of damage because we had a good database for customer tickets. With that in mind, you might want to hire a reputable shop rather than just an individual on Reddit.
