I would recommend www.revitalis.sk. I don't know about their English but there is this young physiotherapist Lenka Barnova who literally saved my life when I had back pain (although she worked in a different centre at that time). She is a delight and she knows what she is doing

Nemocnica Sv. Michala has a rehab department that used to be in the military hospital, they helped me a lot since I am dancer and all other rehabs were geared towards older people or people not necessarily people active in sports or professionals. It's covered by insurance. P.s.: I had an inflamed disk nerve.
