Mark Corbin from Clay City was our contractor. Also check with the bank, they will tell you who's good/bad, also check with local hardware's they give discounts if you order from them. I have a 2 story house plan if you'd like to look at it or this one we're in for free!! Are you building in the same area or moving which direction? Check tax's for certain districts!! Good luck and have nerves of steel!!
