I just had roof replaced on my rental and I used Randy Beavers out of Danville 317-440-2672. He came out to do estimate same day I called him, got the work done in two days and he only took what my insurance paid, didn't charge deductible. He is on Angie's list. Great work and super nice guy

Kelly, You are right, I don't think metal shingles will look attractive on this house, the more I think about it. I have looked into Anderson windows and they have the best guarantee and they make the windows to fit the existing window space rather than force pre-made windows compromising the existing structure. The question is: What color? White or stay with the brown? What do you guys think? The white may make the brickwork really pop out. I have noticed the original brown windows have faded over time and look horrible. The solar panels are out. No one in this area has a clue as to how to install them and my contractor said because of the way the roof is designed, it would be impossible and way to expensive. It was a nice dream but not realistic. Sorry, I didn't get back to you guys sooner. The last couple of days have been so beautiful, I was out enjoying it.
