Have you tried jobslinger.com? They have listings from multiple companies, so you have a better chance of finding companies that have work in your area.

The best place for this sort of information is the forum on Volition.com. Watch out for scams. Never pay to work. Remember: they are supposed to pay you. Another good resource is the book Mystery Shopping Made Simple by Ilisha Newhouse.
