AARP Tax-Aide provides free tax service. All tax counselors are volunteers who are trained on tax law and must pass a test every year. There are three sites in Bremerton, Olympic College, Sheridan Park Community Center and The Summit, near Winco. Look on the internet for www.aarp.org/money/taxes/AARP_taxaide then select "Tax Aide Locator" for sites and hours. We can do most taxes, except for someone who has a rental, or someone who has a business with inventory or a loss.
