May I recommend...me! I averaged six offers per Bremerton listing in the last year, am a certified stager and always hire a professional photographer - your home will look it's absolute best and I take pride in earning my sellers the most for their home. I am great on the buying side too and know how to write a winning offer in this often-competitive market. http://jakoblunden.coldwellbankerbain.com/

John Kenney & Associates in Poulsbo, (360) 850-1049. He handled our trust as well as my MIL’s. Costs for what you’re requesting are very reasonable. Also, NW Justice Project has forms online that may be helpful for you. You print and fill in what you need then have them notarized for free at your bank.
