I second Kitsap Transit Access. Have him call (360)479-7272, and the reservationist should be able to assist him in the preliminary paperwork. He may need to bring in the final paperwork to his doctor to sign for documentation on whether or not his condition is temporary or permanent, at least, that is what they did for me. The entire process is actually quite easy.

Jim Higgins of Elixer Fixer has also offered their bathroom! It's also on the Manette side of the bridge, a bit further away than Nightshade Manette. Elixer Fixer is at 2117 E 11 th ST, next to Manette Saloon. This bathroom is also gender neutral and ADA-accessible. Thanks, Jim!
