If it can be a 'winter project' where it is indoor work, we highly recommend Myles Cooke Construction. He is out of Nottingham. Built our home 14 years ago. EXCELLENT finish carpentry, very detail oriented. Only him and his one employee... (Same EE for at least 25 years.) I suggest winter project, because he builds all new construction Spring-Fall, when good weather... Wouldn't hurt to give him a ring, and let him know we referred you. ;)
