Hi Luke, I'm a professional musician based in Pontyclun and my company Music for You recommends the best musicians for your event. I'm not an agent and don't charge any commission as I work on a referral basis. This way everybody is happy. Drop me a line if you want more info. Thanks. https://touch.facebook.com/welshtrumpeter/?ref=bookmarks

Can anyone tell me what band my council tax should come under in Broadlands please! Thanks
Holly G. replied:
Council tax is stupidly expensive in Broadlands! We pay more in a 2 bed in Broadlands than my sister does in a 3 bed on the outskirts of London!
Cindy C. replied:
Here's a link that may be worth checking out, although it's based on England and Scotland. NOT Wales. Council Tax is worked out according to the Value of your home at a given point in time eg. My home was built in 2003 so my Council Tax is based on the value of my home in 2003. However if I built an extension and then sold my house it would most likely effect future buyers and would mean an increase in Council Tax for them. Best thing you can do is check what the Council Tax bands are for similar or identical properties in your street. Zoopla is one site that could help you see what Council Tax bands your neighbours are in. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/council-tax-bands-change
