I take my 2 and a half year old daughter to Penybont gymnastics in Bridgend. Very good and it leads them to school age gymnastics too. http://www.penybont-gymnastics.com

Hi Jacqueline Jones, I run the local Tumble Tots and Gymbabes classes in the area. We have classes in Bridgend, Llantrisant and are hoping for Cowbridge classes very soon. Feel free to message me for more information or take a look at the website: www.tumbletots.com/valeofglamorgan
Have a look at Force Strength and Conditioning on Llandow trading estate. They run BST circuit classes 6.15 Tuesday&Thursday and then 9.30 am and at 6 pm & 7.15 Monday/Wednesday/Friday throughout the week and weekend mornings too...https://www.facebook.com/forcestrength/ They also have an 'open gym' and male and female PTs to work with. BST is the only thing I've stuck to for exercise and I've been going for 4 years now. You can join to pay monthly or just pay as you go.
