What type of salon are you used to (spa/homey)? I have had great luck at Puffers for same price as Hair Cuttery (honestly, HC lost my business because I walked in and was not greeted even after standing at the desk for a minute. They were busy, but a "hi" would have been possible. I also feel rushed when there). Four Elements is also nice, although I myself have not gone there.
