Hiya we have Pilates classes at the health factory, market street, Kingswinford. £4.50 pay as you go, over 60 s £3.50. Fully qualified in Pilates, trigger point Pilates and fitness Pilates. We also have our exclusive class disco Pilates that's an upbeat modern twist on traditional Pilates class's. Monday 0945 Pilates 1045 disco Pilates 5.45 pm disco Pilates Weds 0945 Pilates 7.30 pm fitness Pilates Thurs 11 am fitness Pilates - from next Thursday.
