Have you contacted the citizens advice (look up the website), they have Independent Complaints Advocacy Service for NHS and other Health related complaints? They Will help you get your complaint dealt with or signpost you to someone who can help.

Our solicitors in Brighton are Edward Harte and co, they are the cheapest in Brighton and have dealt with our two house moves and wills etc. They are pavilion parade and have always been very good and efficient. My mum and dad use Burt, Brill and Carden...I think the last one is Carden! Again, very good but a little more expensive than Harte.
