Yes! I use a great guy. With those sort of things it's often hard to find the cause and more often than not we end up treating them from the inside (vandex and replaster). But he can also investigate the cause. Liam Redfern 07771 826168.

I have used MB Roofing before, loads of good feedback on check-a-trade. They did a great job correcting tiles round some old velux installations (not theirs), and did lead work over a porch roof which was leaking. I'm guessing that's a chimney stack in your third picture and thinking could be lead flashing where tiles meet the chimney.
Please RP anon, I'm in need of a Trustworthy roofer that can inspect my roof. I have a blocked off chimney with a removed stack that is getting damp in the old fireplace...
