I can highly recommend Slimming World. There are groups at St. Anne's school on Tuesday nights (7.30) or St. Christopher's Church, Hampstead Road on Wednesdays at 5.30 and 7.30 (although running on Monday of next week due to Christmas/new year). I've lost over 6 stone with them and I don't do any exercise!
Michael W. replied:
Definitely worth joining one of Emma Louise Woods Slimming World groups in Brislington. She's helped me lose 8 stone in weight. Can't recommend her classes highly enough. Lovely people attend too. Merry Christmas.
