Any good online sweet shops that ship to the US? My mom is to England what weaboos are to Japan. I'd like to get her some nice British candy for Christmas, but don't...

If you want to go all out try www.castlechocolates.com I used to work there when younger and we shipped to Australia a few times. Worth sending them an email saying your happy for postage prices and potential damage issues but should be fine. Castle chocolates is a 60 year old little chocolate and confectionery shop in a very old and one of the best rated towns in Europe, called Arundel. Check it out. You can’t get any more traditional. We had so many visitors making a trip to the town just to visit us.

Hi OP. Without going to Amazon you could try postedsweets.co.uk as they have international shipped available. If your mum likes chocolate as well I would suggest getting her some Cadbury dairy milk. It's just milk chocolate but from my trips to the States I realised that one of the few things they do not have is decent chocolate and as Cadbury is a British staple, I would say it is a necessity.

[British corner shop](https://www.britishcornershop.co.uk) is a really good option for sweets, chocolates, biscuits and other British groceries. If you want to go super posh then you could try [Fortnum & Mason ](https://www.fortnumandmason.com) and get some hampers.

Don't know if it's available, but hotel chocolat do great chocolate, and are a very British company
I've sent boxes of stuff from poundland to my Japanese friend before and it ends up being really cheap. you might want to see if you could get someone from across the pond to do it for you instead of using an online service

Candy is not a word that is particularly used in Britain so if you're using that it may impede your searches. Try searching for British sweets.
