I use Rex Fuel. They seem to be the best priced. I usually buy 150+ though. 215-946-3600

In the West Chester area Brandywine Fuel is currently $3.53 and are the cheapest. They have always been the cheapest for the last three years. Just like I did I would recommend taking an hour and call around. FYI- someone above mentioned Meenan, stay away from them! High overhead = high prices!
