When I worked at Victorias Secret in Kpt Steve Huff was the guy they signed up for their calls and he NEVER fixed the problem. He came out multiple times and we ALWAYS had to have another servicer come out after him. It took forever to get him off the list. I was not pleased w his wk. maybe he just is better w residential and not so much w commercial.
