good and cheap -> those two are incompatible :) . depends how old is the car .If still quite new go to official service. if not try http://www.autoservis-autoskla-myti-aut.cz/pneuservis/prodej-znackovych-pneumatik/ I only respray bumper there, but service is fine . You can even manage in english This one might also help http://brnoautoservis.cz/. but always ask for prices before actuall work . he has weird habit to buy spare part from most expensive places ;) . There is one more which was recommended to me but I can find it now.

I was finally in http://www.res-motors.cz/ , because I had the closest of my house, very good mechanic, he fixes my brake in the car but he didn't know the exact cause and said that the problem can be repeated . He took only 400 crowns so I sincerely recommend !
