I have used this http://www.tarte.cz/ and I was satisfied. Generally though prices are pretty expensive for car wash (ruční mytí / wash by hand). You can opt for an automatic wash in self service - gas stations as a cheaper solution.

You can try http://www.rwbrno.cz/cenik close to Tesco Kralovo Pole, 145 kc handwash plus wax, 195 with tires included. Optionally, you can check Slevomat.cz regularly, these guys usually have packages like extended full interior wet wash, vacuuming and exterior for half price or more off, I payed 500 kc on such an offer. You can also self service at the same place.
