In Luzanky swimming pool they used to have a free instructore every Tuesday and Thursday, from 6:00 to 10:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00 . Check it here: http://www.bazenzaluzankami.cz/

www.bazenzaluzankami.cz is my favourite. I think it is the longest in Brno (50 m of lenght), usually not crowdy, entrance fee is not time limited and it has been renovated not long time ago
