Dr. Ward is awesome! Very supportive of breastfeeding & your vaccination choices. Also stopped by to see Blake at the hospital multiple times and I was able to call and talk to her while I was there with any questions.

I will tell you that we go to Babies & Beyond but only because of their exercise program. In general I don't think they are horrible but you have to be really firm & almost borderline tell them off to get their respect. So I would encourage you not to use them. Once the exercise program gets open to non-patients we will be out of there.

I have seen too much and there isn't a single pediatrician in Hernando County that I would trust except Dr. Griffen and especially Dr. Major, both of whom are at Sun Country Pediatrics. Also, since Dr. Major was at All Children's for a long time, she has great contacts for specialists if they are ever needed.

Dr.Wong and Dr. Ward...they have an office in springhill and in brooksville. They and the staff are awesome. My kids went there and now my daughters bringing my grandkids there too. Dr.Ward was by my daughters side every step of the way when my first grandson had seizures after birth. She's a mom herself and gets personal with her patients and the parents. We are like family. Great Doctors! I actually switched from Dr. Doherty to Dr Wong.

I would say Dr. Griffen. I used to drive to Tampa before him. But, his office is even better now. Dr. Alexis Major just joined his practice. She has been at All Children's Hospital for years. She actually used to go to our church when she was younger. She is INCREDIBLE INCREDIBLE INCREDIBLE!!!!! I thought I would never find a pediatrician as good as those at Boston Children's. Dr. Griffen was as close as I could find. But let me tell you what, Dr. Major is Boston quality! I have seen her 3 times now and I have nothing but great things to say. She is amazing!!!! So, you can't go wrong with Sun Country Pediatrics with Dr. Griffen and Dr. Major.

Dr. Ward has been wonderful. Not pushy with things we were not comfortable with, but very knowledgeable and great kid handling skills. Also great in an emergency. Called the after hours number one night bc Kai was wheezing audibly and badly and she called us back within 10 min, called in a script right then and saw us first thing in the AM.
