The Foot and Ankle Institute in Woluwe were excellent for me; multilingual and very thorough and precise. Had a very successful operation to relieve pain in my foot. For kine I can highly recommend Anthony Marcoux on ave Brand Whitlock for foot and knee. Have had to use him twice and the experience inspired confidence -- good explanations -- and results were good.
