I go to 새마을휘트니스 (Saemaul Fitness) which is between Shinjungdong and City Hall stations. It's 20,000 a month for basic membership but more if you want access to gym clothes/PT sessions/classes, etc. It's open 24 hours during the week and until 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday. I'll post a map for you. Let me know if you want more info!

Yeokgok is far-ish from here; i live by Park bar/Bucheon city hall/ etc... By my Gym has Yoga, machines, golf, etc and is pretty nice. Music is shit, but I just wear my mp3 playa. Gorrila Gym.

The gym I go to has free yoga Mon,Wed,Fri at 8 pm. Apple Gym right at the corner of Bucheon Central Park by Lotte. membership price is very negotiable and reasonable. 300-350 for a year
