They do, I have done check and send for my son's 1 st passport and he had to go for an interview as it was his first one. Had the passport back within 4 weeks and that was from time I done check and sent at post office to when he received his passport. You can get photos done at Tesco and also Timpsons at Tesco as well as the dry cleaners next to Natwest Bank. Check and send is good as we had birth certificates etc to send also.
