Stay away from Sentry North Appliance Service on Niagara Falls Blvd. They tried screwing me on a job covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Swore up and down it wasn't covered, even though I had the manufacturer call them and verify it was covered. Tried to hold my appliance hostage until I paid. In the end, I got my way, but what a hassle! While in their shop, I noticed a bunch of the same appliance waiting for customer pick-ups, so I wrote down a couple names and numbers from the tags and called them, only to find out they were going through the exact same thing as I did. Yeah, I got them pretty worked up. Sentry North won't forget me for a long time. lol
