That's so great! We're coming up in two weeks to look around...anything that's a "MUST SEE/DO"? English Pork Pie Company is already on the list.
Dean T. replied:
Hi Katrina. We did the same this time last year. We can highly recommend Carol Esposito. She spent a long time working with us until we found the home we wanted. She's really nice.

Keller Williams. He's great.

Al Ryer is great. We looked exclusively in North Buffalo but my sense is that he's got a good handle on the entire area. He's also very willing to work with buyers at the lower end of the market (where some realtors aren't interested in your business unless you're looking in the $300 k+ range): http://alryer.com

I'm currently working with Brian Szkatulski- had a good conversation with him and when I make an inquiry he responds very quickly.

I am a licensed agent. I'm very familiar with the Tonawanda / getzville area. Currently live in North buffalo near the Tonawanda border. I could help, or at the very least try and guide you in the right direction. PM me

My wife and I have used Vienna & Dale Haak. They are part of the Laurendi Group. They were fantastic. Super responsive and it always felt like they were truly helping us find our home instead of just looking for their cut.
I need a new realtor. The one I have sucks my hairy beanbag!!

My husband works for GBB, and he is a licensed home inspector. He is not a slimy salesman. Phone 432-8502 (Nick). Good luck....there is always drama when it comes to negotiating. Hang in there!
