Kathie Garten Simons Dr. Kroop was my doc when I was a kid ;) He went on vacation when I was 10 and Dr. Marsh filled in for him and I've been loyal to Marsh ever since!:D Marsh is super popular and very very busy but if you want a great doc with great referrals I'd say get on his list ;)

Dr. David Sato same office as Dr. Schrek, both great doctors.

Dr. Sato at Foothill Cardioligy-- comes highly recommended by my sister who is an ARNP and Dir. Of Cardiac Services at an LA hospital
Bob H. replied:
Dr Augusto Silva. Family been seeing him for years. Very Professional and never overbooks appointments.
Linda M. replied:
Several years ago I saw Dr. Augusto Silva, 2601 Alameda, #202 (across from the hospital). Got his name from a respected doctor's referral. Luckily only needed to see him once, he was great & I was able to see him immediately in an emergency.
Terri F. replied:
Dr. Schrek (in Burbank) gets my vote. He was my dad's cardiologist and knows hearts. Also very patient and doesn't mind answering your questions.
Ashley H. replied:
Dr. Marsh isn't a cardiologist. And Dr. Kroop mainly sees elder patients. Dr. Gerard their old partner is my childhood doctor. I loveeee Dr. Marsh!! I see the guys at Foothill Cardiology in the new medical building across from St. Joes.
Fran H. replied:
Dr.Sato is wonderful. I also saw Dr. William Gifford. He did 6 angioplasties on me and was first rate. I haven't lived in Burbank for 13 years so not sure he is still in practice.
Shelley D. replied:
My mom loves Dr. Sato!

Dr. Sato!

Gotta say Dr. Schrek as well. My dad goes to him and my sister did research on him, she only goes with the best and they both love him!
Cindy F. replied:
I love Dr. Marsh! I refuse to change my ins co. because of him!! He really and honestly is thee best!!
Kathie S. replied:
Wow! Thanks everybody for your responses to my plight. It looks like Dr. Schrek and Dr. Sato are running neck and neck!
Charlene B. replied:
Kathie... Dr David Sato saved my life, (surgeon played a role too). 2 years ago at 50, I had 3 massive heart attacks, which other drs had told me was acid reflux. My 3 rd one, my husband got me to the hospital in time and Dr. Sato caught my case. After a quad bypass, and a month coma, and he has help me back to health every step of the way. Me being n the come I only really met him about 5 weeks after my surgery. But he has spent may hours with my family in the ICU and they just love him too. he and his staff are exccellant. very proactive. . Im so grateful he was on call the night they brought me in.
Kathie S. replied:
Jennie Cesario you're the second person in the last few months who has suggested Dr. Marsh. Strangely enough, I used to go to his x-associate Dr. Kroop. Thank you!
Any of my ca fb friends know a good cardiologist? I can't keep mine
Elisa W. replied:
Yes! Dr. Chakan. 310-556-3870. He took care of both of my parents and I often talked at length with him while I was living at the hospital. He is fantastic. And I hope you don't really need a cardiologist! What the heck?
Steve L. replied:
Doc Schrek around the corner from you is a wonderful man. Worth checking out.
Deb C. replied:
We love Dr. Marc Ladenheim. He's in Burbank right across from St. Joseph's.
