Probably too late at this point but you can get ventless dryers that work very well. As for punching a hole in the wall a plumber or HVAC technician should be able to do it or at least tell you who does. Maybe call up some of the local places and ask

This isn’t a hard fix. Maybe.
You can try the following:
-Buy a plumbing snake. You can try to snake the clog thru the drain however this is usually tricky.
-Look at the u Trap under your sink. There should be a way to take it off (or an easy access on the bottom). In fact if u post a pic I can help you out with this.
-put down bucket to catch water, take off u trap. Use snake both directions (toward drain and toward the wall/floor). Push in till you feel resistance then go back and forth quickly to try and break up the clog.
-put u trap back together and test the drain. If the water drains properly, congrats, make sure the utrap isn’t leaking and clean up. If not take trap off and try again.
Haven’t met a clog I can’t fix with these methods. Maybe an hour of work.
