I also referred them to a neighbor that was very pleased and he said he wouldn't go with anyone else after dealing with profession als that really knew what they were doing. He had another company come out before and they botched the job, Joe Lay's guys came out & fixed it correctly. My other neighbor has used them many times on rental properties & has been happy with their work every time.

Ben Arlinghaus. Look him up. He is the one who did the original plumbing in most of these houses in the development. He always charges me way less than I think he should. I usually end up writing the check for more than he asks.
