Alamance Community College has a great childcare facility with friendly staff, reasonable prices for the quality of care, and low ratios due to student interns each semester. I have owned a preschool in the past and worked for a licensing bureau - this is top of the line.

Alamance Community College also has a daycare that is open to the public. Don't know much about it but you could check into it. If you can do half days MUMS and First Baptist have great daycares. My son goes to First Baptist and we love it.
