Dr Joshua Green is covered by mc. Don't know about ketosis but he is a naturopath and can talk nutrition.

Hello,
I was diagnosed with Celiac roughly a month ago. I had my first reaction since going gluten free this week, and its left me feeling a little lost. I was...
Celiac V. replied:
Hi Erica, Great to hear from you and congrats on going GF. I'm sorry that you had a bad reaction. Hope you're feeling better. There are some good GIs at FAHC and a nutritionist, too. Although none of them are experts, they should be able to help you. If you had positive blood work and you're already GF, the GI doctor may want to do an intestinal biopsy. But there are new guidelines from Dr. Fasano himself (who first recommended the biopsy), and he no longer sees the biopsy as necessary. If the GF diet is working for you, don't let them convince you to eat gluten again so they can do the biopsy! It can do more harm than good, and it sounds like you would be very sick. Unfortunately, our doctors aren't as informed as those in other states. Yes, our group does meet, but not often, as most people don't have time for another meeting. Our group is online, and I'd be happy to add you to the online list. You can post questions there, too. Plus I'd be happy to get together with you at a place and time that's convenient for you if you'd like, for a personal consult (no charge). If you have any questions for me or the support group, please let me know. Looking forward to meeting you soon, I hope, Suzanne Sent from my iPad
