Hi Annabel! I manage and teach at Everybody Pilates in Locks Heath Centre. We're a Classical Pilates Studio, open 7 days a week. We do matwork, tower, reformer and much more in the studio. We do pay as you go and cheaper block booking options, if there are enough of you we'd be able to put on a private class for you! www.enjoyfitnessstudio.co.uk is a purpose built Exercise and Personal Training Studio in the center of Warsash. Only 3 weeks old! It has over 30 classes a week with no membership fee to pay, just PAYG or buy 10 classes for a discount! Always worth a look!!
Does anyone know of aqua Aerobics classes that I could go to without joining a gym in the local area please. I am quite happy to pay a bit more on a pay as I go basis I...
Kay W. replied:
I was told by Fareham Sports centre staff ages ago that you could do Aqua on pay as go basis, so was expecting Holly Hill to be the same (though they are way too "hard sell" on memberships and keep quiet about pay as you go!). Hamble (by the secondary school just off Hamble Lane) were doing pay as you go aqua. Wildern (?) Hedge End may be another possible.
Nickie S. replied:
Abshot Country Club offer 3 aqua classes a week, you do have to be a member (or phone on the day as a 'guest' £5.50, to see if availability as members obviously get priority on booking ) but there is no contract so if you pay monthly , £29.50 for swim membership, you can cancel any time you like.
