Felde isn't on a yoga peace anymore but it's on at Brunswick Heads Scout hall on Sat at 12pm or Tues in Mullum - need to book as small class. Ph Linda for enquiries 0418211979 - she also does one on one sessions. Also Core studio has some great physios - Sim and Millie who can do one to one or small group sessions

Byron Yoga Lounge is an Iyengat Yoga studio which focuses on Alignment so great for injuries and rehabilitation. Liz is the owner/ teacher but all of the teachers there are amazing and very experienced, you can google Byron yoga lounge for details and timetable. It's in the Byron industrial estate.

I love yoga at the Bruns gym. I can go to multiple classes a week for around $15 as a member. Amanda Sherlock who teaches Mon, Tues and Sat is my most fav yoga teacher of all time. I would never have guessed I'd find her in a gym!
